Rufus came woodcutting with us today. He helped to load the wood onto the ute. He and Inteus ran home across the paddocks. Tonight they are staying at a friend's house.

At Aristotle's house they were fencing today. It was hard for Rufus to help because of his soft paws. In the afternoon they went bike riding but had a quiet night playing cards and watching movies.

This morning Lyn and Rufus gave a talk at the monthly Diabetes morning in Mudgee. There were lots of people including some visitors from Diabetes Australia in Sydney. The cafe we had lunch in was very busy so Rufus met lots of people. Rufus is leaving for Victoria today. We bought him a Barnaby Bee (help take the sting out of diabetes) and a photo album for his memories.

Goodbye Rufus and thank you for visiting us!
Rod, Lyn, Josiah (14) and Inteus (11, dx'd at 10 in Feb. 2000)
