Ingredients
1 1/2-2 cups cooked white rice (not instant)
1 1/3 cups milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup Vermont® Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon softened butter
1 tablespoon Splenda® Granular
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine ingredients by hand. Pour into greased 8" x 8" baking dish. Bake 50 minutes or until pudding is set.
