Do you have a diabetes emergency kit prepared?
Poll dates: July 31 - August 7, 2005
Total Votes: 343You never know when disaster will strike, so it's a good idea to have a diabetes emergency kit prepared and readily available, just in case. Your diabetes emergency kit should have essential diabetes supplies, copies of prescriptions, some food and water, and be stored in a water-tight container. Should you find yourself faced with evacuating your house due to severe weather, you can grab the diabetes emergency kit and know that you'll have everything you need. You may also wish to pack a diabetes emergency kit for your child at school, and keep it in the classroom, in case there's a lockdown.
