From Pennsylvania, USA:

Is there any truth that Cataplex E can help diabetes? My chiropractor claims that it could be a nerve pinched in the pancreas and wants to give Cataplex E. This is for a four year old that had diabetes for two years and is on 2 to 3 shots a day.

There is no scientific evidence whatsoever that the chiropractic technic which you describe is of therapeutic benefit in any form of diabetes and any attempt to substitute this kind of treatment for the conventional medical approach could be life threatening. Just the same, any ancillary approach that is basically harmless may have what is called a placebo effect, in your case perhaps of benefit to you; but not to a four year old. The important goal at this stage is to maintain the best possible control.
