From Pennsylvania, USA:
My almost 5 year old daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 about 6 months ago. Lately she has been very scared about dying and about the disease in general. She has nightmares where people tell her that diabetes means you are going to die. We try to explain that she is healthy and we just need to do some extra things because her pancreas doesn't work right. It's heartbreaking to hear her so afraid. Any advice?
Please read my story I Got Diabetes on this website. It may help. I hope so.
