Medtronic Advises Paradigm 511 and 512 Users Not to Wear Pumps in Water

In a letter sent to owners of its Paradigm 511 and 512 insulin pumps, Medtronic MiniMed advises that its 511 and 512 pumps should not be worn in water. They report that they have received an increasing number of reports of 511 pumps turning off due to water entering the pump. Scans of the letters sent to patients and diabetes educators are below.
